APPLICATION SPECIALIST ENGINEER (ASE)

Location:
Semarang

Job descriptions:

• Gives the good quality of service to customer. 
• Respond, manage, and perform of analyzer installation, maintenance and repairing including application problems. 
• Analyze, solve and report of technically problems. 
• Provide scientific material literature or reason relating to application problems. 
• Manage internal technical training for field service engineers, other teams and customers. 
• Support local sales / marketting personnel activities. 

Job qualifications:

• Education : Diploma degree or above. 
• Medical Technologist (Analis Kesehatan) for ASE position 
• Age : below 28 
• Experience : 
• More than 2 years as field service or technical support in medical IVD, familiar with service process and responsibilty. (Fresh graduate welcome). 
• Familiar with hematology & chemistry reagents and it’s application. 
• Understood of reagent, calibration, QC concepts including patient result interpretation. 
• Experience work with semi-auto and automatic analyzer, especially with chemistry analyzer. 
• Able to work both individually and team, and willing to work travelling around Jateng-DIY. 
• Language skill : Good command of both written and spoken english.
